The Hope Park Project involved: site improvements such as all new sanitary sewer services, water services, stormwater facilities/filtration, privacy fencing, electrical services, site grading and asphalt patching. These improvements prepared The City of Longview's Parcel of 60+ Pallet Homes to be installed, alongside providing a better, more clean environment for the unsheltered individuals.- Client

The water work portion of the project included the construction of 5,372 lineal feet of 10-inch ductile iron Pipe, 489 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe, 125 lineal feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe, over 100 miscellaneous fittings and valves, 76 service transfers, over 2,500 tons of asphalt, as well as traffic control and other miscellaneous items required to complete the project. The sanitary sewer portion of the work included 495 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main line that had an average bury depth of 11 feet, installation of associated manholes, demolition and restoration for all disturbed areas.- Client

Nichols Blvd. consisted of planning the existing asphalt concrete pavement to expose the existing Portland concrete pavement, where present, or existing aggregate base and create a uniform surface with HMA. This included manhole work, catch basins, working with irregular curbs, excavation, grading and compaction of the base according to plans.- Client

The project included four acres of clearing & grubbing, 8,800 Cubic Yards of roadway excavation, 3,100 Cubic Yards of excavation for four stormwater facilities, 5,000+ LF of utility line installation (Water, Sewer, Storm), 47 precast structures, 880 LF of Joint Utility Trenching & Coordination which contained services from NW Natural, Comcast, Lumen, City of Ridgefield, and Clark Public Utilities. The project also consisted of roundabout construction, which contained 3,590 SY of textured and pigmented concrete, 5,400 LF of concrete curb, 2,050 SY of sidewalk, 16 Curb Ramps, 300 basalt columns, four decorative landscape walls with lettering, 3,000 tons of asphalt, a traffic signal system in the intersection of S 5th St & S Union Ridge, a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system at crosswalks, installation of an illumination system at the roundabout & intersection, 2,500+ plants were planted, over an acre of ground was seeded, and 1,700+ LF of fencing was installed.- Client
