Tam O’Shanter Park Improvements (Phase 1-3)

The project consisted of improving the parking, circulation and safety for vehicles and pedestrians at Tam O’Shanter Park by widening and paving parking lots, addition of a two-way bypass road, rehabilitation of existing roads and parking areas, constructing sidewalk, concrete walkways, restoration of portions of the existing baseball field, stormwater management facilities, installing boulders, fencing, striping, wheel stops, compost berms, topsoil, grass seed, landscaping and lighting.
