The construction of the 86 space Park & Ride lot included clearing, excavation, paving, access and frontage improvements, signing and striping, storm drainage and landscaping.

Work involved in this, three acre park, project included: Removal of existing play structure, picnic tables, concrete and asphalt surfaces; Excavation and grading; Installation of new asphalt and concrete surfaces, concrete curbs, play equipment, benches, picnic table, trash receptacles, bike racks, wood fiber safety surfacing and fencing; Electrical Service; Installation of new trees, shrubs and seeded lawns completed irrigation.

The project consisted of improvements to parking, addition of a two-way parking lot bypass road, paving of new parking areas, rehabilitation of existing roads and parking lots within the park, restoration of portions of the existing baseball field, improved landscaping and storm water management system and installing conduit and pull boxes for future lighting and associated work.

The project consisted of construction of concrete plaza, steps, sidewalks, gazebo, park lights, electrical service, traffic and pedestrian control and any other incidentals necessary to have completed the work.

This job included site preparation and utility improvements for 3 premanufactured buildings at Laurin Middle School.

This project consisted of improving 2500 linear feet of Minor Road between Allen Street and Mt. Brynion Street; included grading, storm sewer, curb, gutter and pathway construction, storm facility construction and planting, replacement of existing pavement, erosion control, pavement marking, signing, illumination system and more.

The 2013 emergency water main replacement spanned over 7 city blocks and included the installation of 83 water services, 2,750LF of 12” DI restrained pipe, 2,250LF of 8” DI restrained pipe including joints and bends, over 10 fire hydrant assemblies and the abandonment of 4,450LF of existing main.

AES updated over one mile of 20” fusion welded HDPE Sanitary Sewer pipe. This work included excavation, installation, compaction and backfill of 5600 LF of sewer main, installation of gravity sewer lines, manholes, utility vaults and restoration of all tampered concrete, sidewalks and driveways.
